FFM closer onboarding and training

This is the home base for FFM closers. It holds the call frameworks, live training, the calculator, the agreements, the follow up process, and the daily habits you need to go from onboarding to running calls on your own.

Start here

The 6 you will use most.

Start with the customer journey pages, so you know what the prospect saw. Move to the sales tools once you understand the discovery and value framework.

Core curriculum

The 14 module learning route.

Required modules completed0 / 12
Foundations
1

Industry knowledge : AV and smart home.

Chris on the brands, associations, and language of the space: Control4, Savant, Crestron, CEDIA, and who FreedomFlow works with.

Chris walks through the AV and smart home market so you can speak the prospect’s language from the first call: the system tiers and the brands behind them, the associations that signal credibility, and who FreedomFlow works with. Know this before you dial so you sound like a peer, not a vendor.

Stage 1 : Discovery
2

Discovery framework : how it is built.

The structure of the framework, and how to build the stakes.

Learn the structure, build emotional consequence without making the conversation interrogative, and memorise the framework well enough to sound natural rather than scripted.

3

Discovery framework : using it on a call.

Make the framework feel conversational while creating the productive tension needed for change.

Reference answers already given, avoid repeating questions, challenge a superficial “I’m fine” response, and keep rapport while advancing the conversation.

4

Find the real business problem.

Start broad, do not prejudge the lead, and narrow into the real business problem.

Use discovery to find the most commercially relevant problem rather than deciding too early that a prospect is or is not a fit. Look for reasons to keep a legitimate prospect engaged unless a glaring issue makes that impossible.

Stage 2 : Pitch and ROI
5

Pitch the value, then give the price.

Move from discovery into a pitch built on the prospect’s own situation.

Connect the pitch and price directly to the goals, costs, and constraints surfaced in discovery. Use concise language and retain call leadership.

6

ROI calculator : when and how to use it.

Use the calculator as a credibility tool, never as a substitute for discovery, a promise, or the agreement.

State the prospect provided inputs and the assumptions. Separate the service fee from the direct ad budget, match the relevant offer path, and say clearly when a calculator scenario is illustrative rather than guaranteed.

Stage 3 : Objections and call control
7

Diagnose the real objection.

Use Value, Money, Time, Partner, and Fear to identify what is blocking the decision.

Do not answer the surface sentence. Diagnose first, acknowledge distrust where it exists, and avoid talking price before the prospect’s real concern is clear.

8

Trust, Temp Checks, and call control.

Name distrust early, use a credible Temp Check, simplify the pitch, and regain leadership.

A Temp Check is a diagnostic. Use it to identify the unresolved concern and return to the part of the conversation that earned the answer.

9

Temp Checks and money.

Separate fear from money, gain permission for financial discovery, and build a credible payment conversation.

Money is rarely only about affordability. When a prospect raises it, find out whether it is a value issue, a cash flow reality, an unspoken fear, or a process issue.

10

Isolate stacked objections.

Find the real doubt beneath partner, accountant, timing, and budget deflections.

Run a Re-Temp Check to confirm the concern is resolved before moving to the next branch of the objection map.

Stage 4 : Close and follow up
11

On call agreement signing.

Guide the agreement screen share accurately, keep the close calm, and escalate unapproved legal questions.

Explain the commercial path, term, direct ad budget, conditions, and next step in plain approved language. Do not negotiate, reinterpret, or make unapproved legal or guarantee statements.

12

Value based follow up : Looms and timing.

Follow up that guides the prospect forward: personal Looms, evidence led next actions, and disciplined tracking.

Start from the prospect’s stated goal and pain, create a personal title, earn attention in the first 5 seconds, read Loom analytics, and update the tracking sheet with a real next action. The attached July 15 team training call is mandatory alongside the July 20 recording.

Stage 5 : Advanced reinforcement
13

Handling questions and standing out.

Advanced practice, once you run the main route well.

Answer prospect questions concisely, regain control with a question, and differentiate through specialisation rather than feature heavy explanation.

14

Fear sequence and pricing options.

Advanced fear handling, and leading with the Gold package.

Apply the full fear objection sequence and use package positioning deliberately rather than defaulting to a discount or a rushed workaround.

Agreement reference

Before any agreement conversation, check you are using the current approved offers and agreement version.

New offer in build. There is no agreement in place yet, so this is not ready to sell.

!

How to present it. Lead with the Main package every time. Move to the Momentum package only if money is the blocker, and to Entry below that. Frame the gap as speed to results, not better or worse. There is no setup fee, and its absence is a selling point. Do not lead with the guarantee. It is the minimum, the protection on their investment, and it only surfaces if fear or scepticism does. Raise the pay in full bonus, free social media management worth about $500/mo, only on hesitation and after the sale.

Around the call

The work that happens around the call.

Strong calls are not enough. Your follow up, Slack communication, documentation, and tracking determine whether the team can coach, support, and keep improving.

Before the call

Pre call expectation check

Know the page the prospect booked from. Clarify what they saw, what they expect, which question is still open, and whether they have already looked at price or guarantee information.

After the call

Post call tracking discipline

Update the outcome, prospect goals and pains, objections, link and timestamp, next step/date, payment or deal status, and the exact follow up trigger immediately after the call.

Team visibility

Keep coaching in shared channels

Use the right Slack channels to share recording links, context, blockers, and feedback. Do not allow material coaching or decision context to remain in private direct messages.

Pipeline

Run opportunities in GoHighLevel

Christian walks through the opportunities pipeline in GoHighLevel. Move deals through the stages, log activity, and keep every opportunity current so the pipeline shows the real picture.
